Moving cards between kanban columns when the source column has a scroll bar results in an empty space and breaks further dragging back to that space

Steps to reproduce

1. Create kanban view with multiple columns and many cards causing scrollbars to appear
2. Try dragging cards from the column with the scrollbar
3. Notice that theres an empty space left in the original column
4. Notice you can't easily drag cards back into that space and things get weird
