Exporting a publicly shared grid view

We should allow exporting a publicly shared grid view, and then make that configurable per view, so that the creator of the view can decide whether he wants to allow exporting or not.

• This is a premium feature.
• It should be possible to choose per view whether it's allowed to export the data. Only a premium user can set this to true. Non premium users must be able to set this to false.
