Merge with `keepachangelog_manager`?

Somehow I failed to find "keepachangelog" on rubygems.org and wrote my own (now named keepachangelog_manager): https://github.com/ianfixes/keepachangelog_manager_gem

My gem focuses on the release process, creating the necessary sections and links when a new version is cut (e.g. incrementing major/minor/patch version).

I'd love to merge my stuff into your project if there is enough overlap. Currently it looks like we store the data slightly differently, and I parse the sections as raw lines instead of bulleted items. What do you think?
