Trackthining

Hi Bart, check if I got it right in the help file. I saw that the thinning by distance function may not be doing what it promises, but I created an issue addressing this. There is a chance it is my mistake... Anyway, check the help file, and if you feel like adding something go ahead, and merge and delete this branch.
