The WebSocket broadcasting of received messages does not work as of version 1.6.0.
The websocket function SendWebSocketPayload still worked in the older WebSocket.cpp (dc396443) compared to WebSocketManager.cpp (65a7ad88).
This function was really useful to integrate a dashboard.
