Remove Extended Tetromino play option

Zetrix is 100% about classic Tetris. The old attempt to allow for "extended blocks" really doesnt make sense anymore.

Preserve game code space for future improvements such as AI and two-player game. If players are interested in the extended blocks, it is available in the older versions.
