Skip or mark anything with an "overly long" description tag

See https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/58862253 for an example of someone making a modification of an existing object to turn it into an SEO/SPAM object. Long descriptions are often an indication of this. At the very least, skip something with a long (to be defined) description. Possibly mark it for manual review as well.
