Fixed: 'Patch failed for DankPyon_Library' when Vanilla Books Expanded
is installed - the library room role patch is now conditional on the def
existing (Medieval Overhaul only defines it when VBE is absent).

Changed: the research shelf patch now cooperates with Medieval
Overhaul's own 1.6 conditional patch instead of double-adding shelf
links; it only fires for the case MO misses (another mod already gave
the research bench a facilities comp).

Added About/PublishedFileId.txt so workshop uploads update the existing
item.
