Using search engines/getting android-catalogs-reader in F-Droid

Hi, I would greatly appreciate an easier way to search for torrents directly within your torrent client. I followed a few links and found the search engines and this app, but I can't figure out how to install the engines manually and the app doesn't appear to be in F-Droid at the moment. Is there a simple way to install the search engines, such as copying them to a particular location on a device? If it's more complicated than that, what would you say to submitting the app to F-Droid? I've done it before so am OK with doing the process myself.
