Recording from lock screen doesn't work on Android 11

On my device only "alerting notifications" can be seen on the lock screen while locked.

Audio recorder is listed under "silent notifications" and thus not accessible from lock screen.

Even worse, it is very likely that the app will be killed as soon as it is in background because iirc only alerting notifications can prevent this on Android 11
