Corrupted opus audio files
If you pause an opus recording, change app and then try to resume recording, the recorder gives out an error (citing Android 9 limitations) and the resulting file plays only on the phone (I have a Motorola Edge with Android 11). On Windows the file is unplayable by VLC, Firefox, free:ac, FFmpeg. I've downloaded the official opus tools and tested the file (the output is in the first attachment): the ogg structure is invalid. The bundled decoder outputs an empty wav file.
If the recorder is set to m4a files it pauses and resumes with no problems.
I have also attached an output of a normal uninterrupted opus recording, which gives out a ton of warnings about "Sample count behind granule".
