Document compilation fails when using with Revtex-4

The American Physical Society maintains a document class for manuscripts, https://journals.aps.org/revtex, which disables the \onecolumn command, and enforces the use of the \onecolumngrid command. This issue breaks the endfloatpackage unless the .sty is explicitly corrected for this.
