Fix the SrvNam length (reduce it to 10 characters) and fix the screens related to it

• Fix OpeNew screen (Show server name list instead of a text criterion)
• Change SrvNam size to 10 (add a fix SQL update)
• Change SrvNamNew and SrvNamUpd screens to validate SrvNam size
