Return bounding box instead of intersection points in tracking unit test framework
Description
Tracking unit test framework right now returns intersection points between lidar beam and the object. Ideally it should return a bounding box (https://gitlab.com/autowarefoundation/autoware.auto/autoware_auto_msgs/-/blob/master/autoware_auto_msgs/msg/BoundingBox.idl) formed by those intersections points

Use https://gitlab.com/autowarefoundation/autoware.auto/AutowareAuto/-/blob/master/src/common/autoware_auto_geometry/src/bounding_box.cpp#L81 to form bounding box from the intersection points for Car objects and return that. -
Use https://gitlab.com/autowarefoundation/autoware.auto/AutowareAuto/-/blob/master/src/common/autoware_auto_geometry/src/bounding_box.cpp#L77 to form bounding box from intersection points for Pedestrian objects and return that.
