Verify Compatibility with SVL Simulator 2021.3 and Update Docker Volume
Description
LG recently released the (newly re-named) SVL Simulator 2021.3. Our environment is currently based on 2020.06.
Purpose
Many new features which are useful to Autoware were added in 2021.3. We should move to it as soon as feasible.
Desired Behavior
Autoware.Auto master
is compatible with 2021.3 and the Docker VOLUME
for SVL is updated.
Definition of Done

Test 2021.1 running outside of Docker with Autoware.Auto running inside of Docker with the lgsvl_bridge

Verify that all topics and message types are the same for the ROS2 interface -
Verify that all required data are flowing to and from Autoware.Auto to run the AVP Demo

Create a new release of the Robotec.ai Ros2NativeBridge
which is compatible with 2021.1 -
Test 2021.1 running outside of Docker with Autoware.Auto running inside of Docker with the Ros2NativeBridge
