Provide instructions for building without ADE
Description
When deploying Autoware to embeded device some requirement arise that are different from development.
- A whole system image is build with for deployment. Hence autoware need to be built natively directly without docker. This is easier to integrate into the build system as well as better for resource efficiency.
- Arm's automotive stack plans on containerised workloads for deployment. In that case Autoware should be built as a pure single docker image.
Expected behavior
Would be good to have instructions for building autoware directly with Docker and building directly on a native system.
