Use Binary Versions of mrt_cmake_modules and Lanelet2
Description
We are currently using vcs
to handle lanelet2
and mrt_cmake_modules
dependencies.
Expected behavior
As many dependencies as possible should be handled through the ROS Build Farm.
Definition of Done

Once mrt_cmake_modules
is available for Dashing, remove thevcs
entry -
Once mrt_cmake_modules
is available for Foxy, remove thevcs
entry -
Once the lanelet2
packages are available for Dashing, remove thevcs
entry -
Once the lanelet2
packages are available for Foxy, remove thevcs
entry
