RecordReplayPlanner minimum record distance
Description
RecordReplayPlanner records all received states, while recording, even if the vehicle is static for some time. This causes a very dense and short trajectory as the number of trajectory points is limited. Short trajectories are more difficult to optimize and follow for a controller.
Expected behavior
Ability to set a minimum distance of two trajectory points while recording states.

parameter to control below which distance states are redundant and should not be recorded
