Integrate object detection stack in Autoware.Auto
A new user for Autoware.Auto should be able to build and clone master and try the object detection stack and have a good user experience. This implies that the object detection stack should be working well and the boxes should look about right.
This means we need to check over the following:

Rviz settings #331 (closed) -
AVP Demo launch file updated to include necessary nodes !282 (merged) -
AVP Demo rviz config file updated to display object bounding boxes !282 (merged) -
Instructions created #332 (closed)
And make sure that they are all consistent, semantically correct, and produce a good user experience.
