Add launch files to several packages
Description
Executing the nodes like euclidean_cluster_nodes
require multiple executables from different packages at the same time. Providing launch files to these packages could make launching applications much more convenient.
Expected behavior
Launch files for the listed packages are implemented and tested.
Definition of Done
Launch files are implemented and tested with the param files for the following packages:
