/vehicle/state_report's blinker value is wrong
Description
The vehicle state report message has the following values for the blinker
field:
uint8 BLINKER_OFF = 1
uint8 BLINKER_LEFT = 2
uint8 BLINKER_RIGHT = 3
uint8 BLINKER_HAZARD = 4
But the messages emitted by the lgsvl_interface
are in the range [2;5].
The reason is leftover code from !264 (merged) that doesn't make sense anymore because of the current use of lgsvl_msgs.
Note: that value is not used in other Autoware packages at the moment, so it currently has no impact.
How to Reproduce
Run any demo involving the simulator and check ros2 topic echo /vehicle/state_report
.
Current Behavior
Values in [2;5].
Expected behavior
Values in [1;4].
