Integration of 3rd party localization packages with Autoware.Auto for 2D Lidars
Description
F1Tenth vehicle is designed in the Racing WG, and the vehicle currently uses 2D LiDAR. Since we only have localization for 3D LiDARs and GNSS, we need to find out a way to do localization with 2D LiDARs.
Considering current resource we have in AWF, I suggest to utilize 3rd party localization packages (e.g. navigation package) and integrate it with the rest of Autoware.Auto stack.
