Visualize 2D detections
Description
2D camera detections can be output from the simulator or from the perception stack. It would be helpful to visualize them to compare to objects "by eye"
There are two options:
- visualize in SVL simulator how it can be done with Apollo perception output](https://www.svlsimulator.com/docs/tutorials/ground-truth-obstacles/#view-object-detections-from-apollo-in-svl-simulator)
- visualize in Rviz: this would work with real data independent of the simulator
In either case, it would be great to be able to compare ground truth to the output of our stack.
