AVP demo missing dependency in package.xml
Description
When building only packages required for autoware_auto_avp_demo, we are missing a package that is required to run it.
The fix is a simple one liner and I will add a MR shortly.
How to Reproduce
In ADE, master branch:
colcon build --packages-up-to autoware_auto_avp_demo
source install/setup.bash
ros2 launch autoware_auto_avp_demo ms3_sim.launch.py
Current Behavior
It fails with the following error:
launch.invalid_launch_file_error.InvalidLaunchFileError: Caught exception when trying to load file of format [py]: "package 'point_type_adapter' not found
Expected behavior
Runs as expected without error
