Add `tf2_sensor_msgs` to the ade image
Description
The ade image does not contain the package tf2_sensor_msgs
which contains tf2
related functionality for sensor msgs (mainly pointclouds).
Expected behavior
tf2_sensor_msgs
is accessible within the environment.

The copied function tf2::doTransform
that is introduced in !48 (merged) is removed from the point cloud fusion package.
