Introduced IV21 Autoware Workshop on 11 July,2021, including ODD WG introduction.

Shared how the discussion goes in open AD Kit working group.

Discussed the overlaps of user's model of ODD, Designer's model of ODD, and actual ODD based on Dr. Makoto Ito's paper.

Alex introduced the initial list of Racing use case list.

@igata will continue to try to contact F1TENTH and IAC members to get feedback on the use case list.
