Packaging datasets for examples

Would it be possible to package datasets for example pipelines in the repo? Or host them somewhere where they could be downloaded w/ wget?

The D3M dataset repo that you currently reference is big, requires git-lfs, etc ... Don't want to have to much around w/ all of that just to run some "hello world" examples.
