Make license name visible

We would like to have the license name explicitly on the dataset website, even in a separate box. The license name and preferably a link to the text should be displayed. This is to accommodate different licenses.

The license name can be read from the license file but it may be easier to have it in the metadata. However, I'm not sure how to add ANC License to CITATION.cff, see https://github.com/citation-file-format/citation-file-format/issues/544. We currently include license-url in CITATION.cff.
