What additional blocks need to be made?

Content is the primary inspiration for new content blocks. Content for the front page of Austin DSA has yet to be determined. There is currently content on there and there is currently content structure in the PHP templates that was brought over from the Seattle DSA theme. What are the new blocks needed and what are the constituent "fields" needed to make them? This thread is for discussing that question and proposing some blocks.

Required Fields

Image, icon, header text, paragraph text, link/url

Block recommendations do not need to have a fully defined visual aesthetic as the theme will do most of the styling for that. Really the only thing that needs to be defined is the content field types that the user will be inputing and perhaps the structure of the mark up(which may be dependent on the visual design of the final block but isn't really that big of a deal)
