This is a general support page for the auKsys project. It can be used to ask any questions, report bugs or make features request, using the issues tracker. It is highly advised to follow the guidelines bellow.

Guidelines

When opening an issue on our tracker, ask yourself, what is needed to know to answer the question? In particular, the issue should contains the answer the following questions:

• What is the problem?
• How can the developer reproduce the problem (to see it for themselves)?
• Where in the software (which webpage or feature) has the problem appeared?
• What is the environment (browser, device, OS) in which the problem has occurred?

An effective issue should contain the following:

• A Title with a short description of the question
• The Environment, which Linux version? which auKsys distribution? how was auKsys installed?
• Steps to reproduce an error
• Expected Result
• Actual Result
• Visual Description (screenshots, videos, text, log) of error
