It's possible to construct Oxygen atoms sites.

I've followed the tutorials from Atomap website, tried to using Atomap for finding Oxygen sites in STO bright field image. But, when I reached remove AB from the image to construct oxygen atoms positions I've got struck by **"zones_axis_average_distances is empty. Has sublattice.construct_zone_axes() been called?" **.

My raw image data is: STO_BF.tif and my constructed data without construct Oxygen atoms only get finding missing atoms from_zone vector(zone_axis_B). Constructed.tif
