Add SSL support for custom domain

GitLab currently requires you to manually setup the SSL certificate, which - with Let's Encrypt - is really too much hassle. We'll wait for automatic renewal for the time being (see https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/28996).

If it takes too long for this feature to surface, we need to consider either doing it manually anyway, or moving the site hosting over to GitHub.
