AsusMuxDgpu option not detected on kernel 6.19

Issue description

Since upgrading to Linux 6.19, the AsusMuxDgpu option is no longer available. The Hybrid and Integrated options are still displayed and work. Everything worked up to kernel 6.18.9, so it must be a regression. My system specs: Laptop: ASUS GA403WW Supergfxctl: 5.2.7 asusctl: 6.3.2 Kernel: Linux 6.19.0-2-cachyos Nvidia: 590.48.01-open

Steps to reproduce

  • Upgrading to kernel 6.19

  • supergfxctl -S only shows [Integrated, Hybrid]

  • Switching back to lts kernel 6.18

  • supergfxctl -S shows [Integrated, Hybrid, AsusMuxDgpu]

  • If you force a supergfxctl -m AsusMuxDgpu anyway, the change will work after a restart, but supergfxd will be completely broken and switching back to another mode will only work by restarting and using an older kernel and setting the desired option there.

What is the current bug behavior?

What is the expected correct behavior?

  • supergfxctl -S should show the AsusMuxDgpu option
  • switching to that mode should leave supergfxd functional and switching back to another mode should work
