Dismissing the dGPU mode change notification activates the dGPU

Issue description

When clicking on the notification, the X button, or the clear notifications button in Gnome, the dGPU will toggle to the other mode and show a new notification.

I am on a G14 2024, model GA403UV, Fedora 42, Gnome 48, Kernel Linux 6.14.8-cachyos1.fc42

Steps to reproduce

Get the ROG App dGPU notification, and click on the X button or the clear notifications button.

What is the current bug behavior?

The notification toggles the state of the dGPU and shows a new notification

What is the expected correct behavior?

The state of the dGPU should not change and the notification should be dismissed

Relevant logs and/or screenshots

The logs from supergfxctl don't seem to show anything from the last few hours. There are logs from 3 hours previously I can attach, not nothing from my clicking the nofication. I have attached a video of the issue.
