These events get triggered at random whenever some keys are pressed in quick succession on Asus ROG G713 and (probably) G733 laptops.
I'm not sure if this will fix it for those two models because I've only tested it on my own machine (a G713QM model) but I've seen some reports from G733xx models with the same issue like these ones:
This might be a hardware issue but I didn't notice anything strange when using Windows 10 (not that I used it for a long time) and I saw that for G14 and G15 there's some filtering already happening so it may not be one. I'm not sure.
At first I fixed it by removing the shortcut (and practically disabling the power button) from my OS but it was still happening everywhere else like on the login screen, another tty,... which made using the keyboard a slog (I had to type slowly to not trigger that event)
Anyway, hopefully it makes sense
