Request to add a timeout value to notifications
## Issue description
I'm a ROG G14 laptop user running Arch Linux.
I was previously having issues about "dGPU automatically Power On under Integrated mode every time a laptop lid is closed and reopened". This issue is causing a huge laptop battery life drop, unless I manually switch it back to integrated mode and perform a re-login.
I found out a work around solution in this post, where I can write a systemd service to "change the dGPU mode to VFIO, then change it back to Integrated". https://www.reddit.com/r/archlinux/comments/1gim7sq/who_is_waking_my_nvidia_up_supergfxctl_systemsleep/
It does work out, however, I'm now seeing the following popup displayed on the screen and never disappear until I manually close it. {width="272" height="209"}
I then look up the source code of the popup, and saw that the timeout value is set to `.timeout(Timeout::Never)` as indicated in https://gitlab.com/asus-linux/asusctl/-/blob/main/rog-control-center/src/notify.rs#L312.
I'm wondering if it is possible to change the timeout value to something else, such as `.timeout(Timeout::Milliseconds(3000))` that is used by `base_notification`. In such way I don't have to manually close the two popups every time I close and reopen my laptop lid, which is a very annoying task.
## Steps to reproduce
1. Having the following service enabled and started
2. Change the dGPU mode to Integrated
3. Close laptop lid
4. Reopen laptop lid
5. Observe two popup displayed on the screen and never disappear until manually closing them
```
#!/bin/bash
# Get current graphics mode and power status
CURRENT_MODE="$(supergfxctl -g)"
CURRENT_STATUS="$(supergfxctl -S)"
# If current graphics mode is 'Integrated' and the current power status is not 'off'
if [[ "$CURRENT_MODE" == *"Integrated"* && "$CURRENT_STATUS" != *"off"* ]]; then
sleep 4
# Set graphics mode to Vfio
supergfxctl -m Vfio
sleep 1
# Set graphics mode back to Integrated
supergfxctl -m Integrated
fi
```
```
ExecStart=/usr/local/bin/dgpu_force_disable_on_integrated.sh
