asusctl or rog-control-center causing to disable wifi, rog-control-center pop up, fan settings reset whenever power is plugged in
Issue description
as stated above. Whenever I plugged in AC power charger, ROG control center will pop up, throttle policy reset to quite, touchpad will be disabled and enabled, it goes to Airplane mode, (means wifi will be disabled), sound got disabled, keyboard aura turns to like a fast pulses lots of things
Steps to reproduce
Install latest asusctl including rog control center
plug out AC charger and plug in

What is the expected correct behavior?
will not affect settings including ROG fan curves, should not disable sound and all kinds of things
