Alphabetize Skill Lists

Description of Problem

Skills are currently presented in a disorganized manner.

Proposed Solution

Alphabetize skill lists, resorting as necessary if and when new skills are added by the player.

(Problems will arise in melee weapons with simple alphabetization, grouping 1H Axe and 1H Mace together, for example. Suggest renaming these skills to Axe 1H, Axe 2H, Mace 1H, Mace 2H, etc.)
