Aspect Ratio of Power-Form Runes Appears Off

Description of Problem

In normal view mode on the character sheet, it appears that the aspect ratio of the Power-Form runes images is not 1:1, but 4:5 or thereabouts.

The aspect ratio of the Elemental Runes appears correct.

Proposed Solution

Correct the aspect ratio of the Power-Form runes to be 1:1.
