Ideal gas contribution in NPT dynamics

I was working on some custom calculator to work with ASE.

It seems that the NPT barostats do not count the ideal gas contribution to the pressure when updating the box size. https://gitlab.com/ase/ase/blob/46b2ded58c201b533690cb4b044cbce90551b40a/ase/md/nptberendsen.py#L85-89

According to the formula (eq. 4) here, this results in a difference of about 4000 bar when simulating water at room temperature, i.e. NPTBerendsen seems to be running at ~4000 bar when pressure=1.
