Glitch in combat tracker

Currently running Foundry v12 dnd5e 4.3.6 on chrome browser. With my recent update to dnd5e 4.3.6, i began having an issue when to characters roll the same initiative and the combat tracker nests them together, opening the nest overlaps the other characters in the combat tracker as shown in the screenshots attached! After running find the culprit, it was narrowed down to Combat Enhancements. I do enjoy having the radial bar on the tracker but unless this is corrected it is unusable. Screenshot_2025-03-14_223925
