Fix SVG to PDF conversion

It seems that Inkscape has removed the -A switch somewhere between 2018-2020, and as such, the SVG -> PDF conversion step on gen-paper-listing is failing.

Thankfully, it's a rather easy fix, just use the --export-filename= switch.
