As you can see in the attached link to `issue_screenrecord` and `issue_videorecord` files, while capturing video recording, it starts flickering, sometimes immediately, sometimes after like 10-20 secs. ### Steps to reproduce the problem Opening up Camera (the default camera, MIUI one that's there in the official ArrowOS) and going to video mode and start shooting. ### What is the expected behavior?
