Problem search mobile network or select mobile network

Manual network selection does not work in 3G/4G mode. In the mode, the search does not work at all. I send the LOG from the network mode set to 3G/4G and 5G, each log separately. I am using the latest version Arrow-v13.1-lisa-OFFICIAL-20231204-GAPPS , lisa - MI 11 LITE 5G NE. Latest GLOBAL version fw
