Switch between apps doesn't work correctly when the phone language is set to an RTL language

Switch between apps doesn't work correctly when the phone language is set to an RTL language. I use OFFICIAL arrow-11.0 GAPPS build on Poco F3 and Poco X3 Pro with the phone language set to Hebrew (an RTL language such as Arabic). When pressing the square button is shows the latest app but it is not possible to swipe from right to left and therefore latest apps are not accessible, swiping is possible only while turning the phone horizontally. While using an LTR language such as english the issue doesn't exist since the swiping motion is from left to right.
