[surya] ArrowOS 11.0 Poco X3 NFC, Android Auto Communication Error 11 During Use
I am facing a bug in arrow-11.0 on my Poco X3 that occurs when using Android Auto. Specifically, the bug will occur when Android Auto is connected and running, my phone screen is turned off and I try to exit and resume Android Auto on my vehicle head unit (like leaving Android Auto to change radio station then trying to resume). Android Auto will fail to open on the head unit and on my phone I get a red screen with the Communication Error 11 in bold and instructions to unplug and replug the phone back in, doing so fixes the issue but this is not doable while driving for obvious safety reasons.
The exact same issue occurred for me before on the Poco X3 WaveOS 4.1 ROM and dissapeared when I updated it to WaveOS 4.3, Android Auto worked flawlessly on that build, on this very same device. Another user on XDA has said they found the issue did not occur on the Pixel Experience Poco X3 ROM.
