Revived the code for Pulley so its tests pass

These patches improve the PulleyScript engine, and seem to get it to work. The tests now pass, including a lot (some added) of syntax variations. Functional testing is next, and is bound to prove insightful. The intention is to be able to bump the version of SteamWorks and allow testing based on that version.
