Flatpak adaptions

In the flatpak manifests, a couple of issues still need workarounds:

  • While the icons land in the correct spot, they're not installed there with 'install', which is required for them to be picked up
  • progname results in org.armagetronad.org.armagetronad appearing in appdata and as the desktop filename
  • appdata does not contain version or launchable
