Credit contributors in patch notes

Individually for each change or collected at the bottom?

At the bottom is probably easier; the precise contribution to an issue may be difficult to track down, it may be

• the assignee of the issue
• the author of the merge request
• the author of the git revision that contains the reference to the issue

For the summary, just harvest the author/committer names from the git log.
