Client sends quickly typed chat message with last character missing

but still storing the whole copy in chat history

<Armanelgtron> so lately i've been running into a problem where if i type something quickly and hit enter, it misses the last letter when sending the chat to the server, but doesnt miss the letter in the chat history

<Armanelgtron> i think maybe i am typing the last letter and hitting enter on the same frame

Captured on an aarec in 0.2.8.3 but also plays back and is reproducible for me on 0.2.9.1 as well. Around 35 seconds in.
